Anglers fishing holiday promotion at our caravan and camping park

The fishing here is excellent but the caravan and camping site is new,so if you own a caravan or tent you can camp here free of charge as long as one person in every two are paying for fishing.

The promotion is for a 24 hours stay on the complex but if you wish to have electric the charge is £4 for 24 hours.Fishing must be payed on arrival.

Our fishing rules and fishing behaviour has to be obeyed,if you decide to ignore our rules you will be told to leave.

Every person has to have their own unhooking mat and landing net suitable for the lake they are fishing on,there is no sharing of fishing tackle on this fishery.

Cafe lake is a minimum of 42" landing net and a large unhooking mat,this is to land catfish 3-4 feet long safely.

Do not ignore any signs read them all,if you are unsure of any rules please ask

Willowcroft has now emerged cafe lake with the reservoir  it is now called the cafe lake, the licence has been granted for catfish there were several hundred catfish introduced from 2lb to 48lb,there is a large head of carp up to 38lb.The catch reports are that they are catching between 30 and 60 fish in a 24hr session,the majority of these fish are between 5 and 10lb.This is our new runs water given day ticket and 24hr ticket fishermen the chance to catch catfish without being a member of six islands.We also do not have an age restriction for this lake but if you do not have a large enough landing net and unhooking mat per person you will not be able to fish.
